Welcome to The Farmhouse, a centuries old spacious 3 bedroom house with stunning lake views in a tranquil setting. With historical features like vaulted ceilings and genuine oak structural beams this house has much history within its walls.
The Farmhouse
Gas powered central heating is fast to warm the newly insulated house and continuous hot water is always available. With 2 double beds and 5 singles The Farmhouse can easily accommodate 1 large or 2 medium sized families together or up to 9 adults for celebrations or get togethers. When combined with one or more of our glamping units the possibilities are endless.
The house is located near to our Glamping Site and its occupants have the choice of mixing with other residents there in the communal spaces or using the private facilities the house offers as individually preferred.
The Games Shed with its pool table, ping pong and children’s amusements is always available during school holidays, at other times of the year it may be unavailable at weekends if there are groups using it
There is a private sheltered rear garden that enjoys morning sun while the front of the house has its own private fenced area that receives evening sun,perfect for sitting in the gazebo while enjoying the views of Creggan lake and the farmland in between.
The surrounds of the house are fenced suitably to keep children or pets safe to allow peace of mind. Parking is adjacent with room for multiple cars and safety lighting guides the way on longer evenings.
There is a spacious galley style kitchen, a dining room with period dresser and oak beams while the large sitting room is high ceilinged and bright and has couches,tv etc. All living rooms have lake and garden views.
